Our client, a large foreign trade manufacturing FMCG company, steadily and rapidly growing on Ukrainian market, opens a vacancy for the post of HR-Director, Western Ukraine
Key responsibilities:
- Improving and effective management of HR system of production plant;
- Selection, adaptation, motivation, training, corporate culture;
- Business processes description;
- Administration;
- Staff Control and organization, ensuring effective operation of production;
- Interaction with heads of departments, contribution and participation in management of the company.
Requirements for applicants:
- Higher Education;
- Previous work experience of 5 years on the position of HR-Director at the production plant;
- Managing Experience;
- Knowledge of personnel management system of production enterprises;
- English language - fluent (IS A MUST);
- Experienced PC user: MS Office, 1-C, HR
- Leadership.
